Its products include business management tools such as support ticket management, project management and financial management. It also offers process automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs, such as workflow automation and systems integration. In addition, it offers cyber security solutions to protect companies against online threats and online collaboration solutions to improve communication and teamwork.

The project they are working on is a business management platform that helps companies manage their daily operations, including support ticket management, project management, billing and financial management. They are migrating the platform from a monolithic structure to microservices. To make it more integrated they are also upgrading the core to React with new libraries.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven work experience + 2 years as a QA Manual Tester or similar role, preferably in the software development industry.
• You will be responsible for creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Work in a team to detect problems and use your analytical skills to solve them.
• Create documentation and prepare reports.
• You will use manual and traceability testing tools to detect defects.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in creating test plans, test cases and test scripts.
• Proficiency in manual testing tools and defect tracking systems.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Detail oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Knowledge In SQL.
