Rhonemus Group is a successful and growing executive search and bank consulting firm. We're building a succession plan and we are looking for our next top producer. We are looking for an experienced & driven Project Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, your expertise in volume management involves efficiently handling candidate and job volume. Your recruiting skills will be vital for identifying top talent, while your business development abilities will help nurture client relationships and identify growth opportunities. You'll also conduct research for ongoing searches and manage technical resources to support the team.
2 years of experience is preferred. Experience in the banking industry is plus.
