Our client is a successful savings bank in Central Ohio that is poised for additional growth and expansion with a very clear focus on customer service across all business units. We're looking for an individual with strong controller experience and a big picture focus accompanied by strong analytical skills.
This individual is crucial for optimizing financial and accounting operations, collaborating with the leadership team to establish and maintain accounting principles, internal controls, and leveraging technology. They drive strategic decisions, offer insights, and recommendations to top management, shaping the organization's financial future and contributing to its growth.
