Rhonemus Group has been retained by one of Pennsylvania's most successful community banks to assist with a search to recruit a new Commercial Loan Officer to their team. Our client has surpassed the $850 MM mark and is poised for additional growth and expansion with a very clear focus on culture, and customer service across all business units.
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Loan Officer with a strong track record in developing and expanding commercial banking relationships. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio of complex loans, assess borrower creditworthiness, and ensure loan performance while adhering to compliance standards. Our ideal candidate is well-connected in Central to Western Berks County and/or Central to Northern Lancaster County.
