A day in the Life:
RDR (Recruiter Development Rep)-as an RDR at Rhonemus Group you are getting into the trenches of our business. This is the gasoline that drives our engine. The RDR on our Team is driving our outbound contact strategy with a completely integrated tech stack designed to create touch points across digital platforms. Our open rate is double the industry average, and in some cases even higher. This speaks to our well-known reputation, name and our focus on warm touches. The RDR role is made up of a base, and performance incentive plan. The RDR role is a great starting point for people wanting to grow into a Search Consultant role.

Compensation: Base plus bonus. Expected annual compensation with an aggressive monthly and quarterly bonus program is $42,000-$72,000. Our team members participate in an annual trip incentive that could take you and a s/o to an all expense paid trip to Mexico.
