There are very few true Chief Lending Officer roles left in community banking. Our new Chief Lending Officer role is responsible for coaching and mentoring the entire Commercial Lending team. This focus is unique where most senior lenders are managing a large portfolio and rarely have time to be a strategic leader.
Our retained community bank client is fast approaching $1 B in assets in the great state of OH-IO with outstanding capital, and results making this a very attractive role in Western Ohio along the I-75 corridor. Our ideal candidate has outstanding business development, coaching and credit skills refined over several years developing and growing commercial lenders to higher levels of success.
