Our nearly $725 mm community bank client has retained our firm to complete a search for a new Senior Commercial Loan Officer. This role isn't merely about filling a position; it's about fostering succession, offering oversight of a significant portfolio.

Commercial Lending/Small Business Lending:
In this role, the candidate must have C&I lending experience, CRE exposure, and a proven track record in business development. One of the key responsibilities of this position will be to grow the market share of the bank both in loans and deposits and cross sell Bank products. Well qualified Commercial Lenders must have formal credit training and possess solid credit underwriting skills. The focus of the organization is small to mid-sized loans, with the average deal size being $250K-$1M.
