Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Flexibility required for occasional later shifts (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM) or weekend coverage during events

A private family of three is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented full-time Housekeeper for their 5,000 sq. ft. residence in Bel-Air. The ideal candidate will have exceptional housekeeping skills, excellent knowledge of cleaning products and proper care of high-end finishes and furnishings, and the ability to self-manage with minimal oversight.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Full-charge housekeeping: daily cleaning, deep cleaning, laundry, ironing, organization
2. Care and maintenance of various surfaces, including high-end wood, terrazzo floors, and carpet
3. Gentle and informed cleaning of high-value antiques, fine art, and delicate household items
4. Light family cooking as needed
5. Maintaining household supplies and communicating replenishment needs
6. Working collaboratively with the family’s full-time nanny and assistant
7. Providing occasional support during events, including flexible hours or weekend coverage

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a high-end private residence
2. Expert knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and eco-friendly or specialty products
3. Proven ability to care for delicate finishes and valuable items
4. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
5. Self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
6. Discreet, professional, and respectful of family privacy
7. Must be comfortable working in a home with other staff members
8. Flexible with schedule when the family is entertaining or hosting guests
9. Trustworthy and capable of maintaining the home to the highest standards while principals are traveling for extended periods
