Must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience as a private PA for an UHNW or VIP family previously. Coordinating with the HM, Head of Security and junior PA and Senior Butler. Reporting to the HM/COS and the principals.
Able to travel with the family and ahead to organize hotels and holidays but also for extended periods of time to other homes worldwide. (ex London up to or more than 3-4 weeks, multiple times a year). Be available to work at the property certain weekends, remain on call and able to work from home after hours and on weekends.
This is a job for someone who Definitely has experience in managing the busy lifestyle of a HNW lady and her children, the job is very fast paced and demands a high level of commitment and is for someone who can manage upwards and take control of all details of life with little direction. Like a lifestyle manager working 30 days ahead of today and knowing the intricate detail of each day as it unravels.

Day to day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Managing family’s schedules
- Extremely high volume of online ordering
- Managing health and beauty appointments for family
- Managing purchases, invoices and expenses
- Assisting with extensive & complex travel - experience with advance staff travel, jets, yachts etc.
- Managing children’s school activities and after school activities
- Events management & coordination
- Restaurant & leisure bookings
- Research into latest trends (fashion, toys, etc.)
- Managing inventories
- Maintaining contact lists

The package is between 140-160K USD Salaried. Private Health insurance paid by employer 100% 10 days of PTO 6 days Sick pay 50 hour week on site at the residence. Out of hours availability and paid as overtime outside the 50 hours a week. Availability on weekends with days in lieu of paid time. Discretionary Bonus
