We're looking for a General Manager for a luxury high-rise condo in West Hollywood. Schedule will be Mon-Fri (hours negotiable). Looking for someone who has a background in managing multiple HNW clients in one building (i.e. 5-star hotel, luxury apts/condos). Must have the ability to manage a variety of personality types.

Qualifications:

• Significant experience as a senior manager in a luxury condo/apartment building or 5-star hotel
• Excellent follow up and organizational skills
• Takes initiative and accountability 
• Hospitality mindset
• Extensive skills in project management and tracking
• Experienced in problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Timely communication and follow-up
• Certification through CAI or CACM: CMCA or CCAM or ability to attain certification

Salary: $115k (negotiable) + full benefits
