Key Responsibilities
House Management & OversightOversee the day-to-day operations of the household
Ensure the residence is consistently maintained at an exceptional standard
Coordinate vendors and service providers (housekeeping support, maintenance, specialty services, etc.)
Schedule and monitor routine and seasonal home maintenance
Manage household supplies, inventories, and restocking
Anticipate needs and address issues proactively before they escalate
Maintain clear organization systems throughout the home
Personally assist with housekeeping tasks as needed to maintain standards
Detailed cleaning of bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living spaces
Laundry, linens, wardrobe care, and closet organization
Oversee and participate in deep cleaning projects and periodic resets
Ensure the home is always guest-ready and well-presented
Light kitchen upkeep and daily care of common areas
Resetting and maintaining spaces throughout the day
Support smooth household flow through observation, timing, and attention to detail
