We are looking for an experienced and professional drop off chef for an UHNW Couple who are bi-coastal. This will be as-needed while the couple is in their Miami residence. Role best for someone who has a successful drop off business in place and can take on an additional client.

• Managed weekly menu planning and coordination for personal chef meal preparation and delivery

• Maintained and updated a comprehensive document of past favorite dishes to streamline repeat ordering

• Curated new menu ideas aligned with strict dietary preferences: vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free, refined sugar–free, and 100% mushroom-free

• Finalized menus on a consistent 2-day lead time schedule (e.g., Monday confirmation for Wednesday delivery)

• Coordinated standard weekly orders of 4 savory items plus 1 dessert, with 2 portions per item

• Oversaw portioning specifications and packaging requirements (5” x 3” containers)

• Managed delivery logistics, including container exchange process (retrieval of previous containers upon new delivery)

• Supported special event meals and private dinners on a case-by-case basis, ensuring dietary compliance and seamless execution

• Ensured recurring inclusion and variation of client-favorite desserts, including 100% cocoa chocolate mousse
