We are looking for a skilled and experienced Housekeeper to join a dedicated team temporarily at a high-end private residence in Beverly Hills. This position is temporary for at least a month (maybe more). Reporting to the Lead Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the home to 'white glove' standards. The ideal candidate is an adaptable, team-oriented professional with exceptional attention to detail.

The core schedule will be Tue-Sat 8:30am-5pm. You must be flexible with your schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall Upkeep: Maintain a large private estate with “white glove” standards, cleaning all areas of the home, including floors, rugs, windows, kitchen, bed linens, and furniture.
• Laundry Care: Manage fine linens and delicate fabrics focusing on washing, folding, ironing, and proper storage.
• Organization: Ensure closets and cupboards are kept neat and organized.
• Event Assistance: Provide support for events hosted at the residence.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the current team following established protocols, systems, and task schedules.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven hands-on cleaning skills with exceptional attention to detail. Must have knowledge of how to care for luxury materials, fine fabrics, and delicate furnishings. Previous experience working for an ultra-high-net-worth family is essential.
• Interpersonal Skills: A respectful professional who works carefully with valuable belongings of the homeowner. Strong sense of urgency, willingness, openness, and ability to learn quickly and prioritize tasks, paying close attention to details. Able to work effectively and efficiently under pressure. A neat, professional, and conservative appearance with good hygiene is also required.
• Communication: Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility: Able to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the homeowners’ needs.
• Screening: A full background check, professional references, spotless driving record, and eligibility to work in the United States are mandatory.
• COVID Vaccination: Required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption.

Compensation:

The pay rate is $40-$45 per hour. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience. Overtime may be available.
