Job Title: Full-Time Personal Assistant/Caretaker – Turtle Creek (Dallas, TX)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Active and social elderly woman in Turtle Creek is seeking a full-time Personal Assistant/Caretaker to provide hands-on daily support and companionship. The ideal candidate is supremely reliable, organized, patient, and unflappable—someone who can handle a individuals with grace, humor, and warmth. Responsibilities:

• Provide daily companionship and attentive assistance while respecting the client’s independence and personality
• Manage household and personal errands including groceries, dry cleaning, mail, and bill payments
• Prepare simple, healthy meals and ensure the kitchen and household stay tidy
• Drive to and from appointments (doctor, hair, nails, social events, etc.)
• Assist with scheduling, reminders, and basic organization (calendar management, paperwork, etc.)
• Help care for her beloved cat—feeding, litter box maintenance, and vet visits as needed
• Communicate with family members, household vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth coordination
• Monitor general well-being and provide gentle support when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a personal assistant, caregiver, or household manager preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—warm, upbeat, and professional
• Tech savvy enough for online bill payments, appointment booking, and texting/emailing updates
• Loves animals, especially cats
• Discreet, trustworthy, and dependable—someone who always shows up on time and can be counted on

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
