Full-Time Nanny/Family Assistant in the Bay Area

We are looking for an experienced Career Nanny for two children (6 & 8 years) in the Bay Area Peninsula. Relocation assistant available. This role requires a proactive, flexible individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic. Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Schedule: Your shifts and start/end times will be flexible to accommodate changes in the family’s schedule, travel requirements, shift coverage, and any other needs. Flexibility to stay late is key.
Sun-Wed Schedule:
- Sunday 8am-8pm
- Monday: 7am-8pm
- Tuesday: 7am-9pm
- Wednesday: 7am-12pm
Five/two Schedule: At some point the custody schedule may move to a 5:2:2:5 schedule. This schedule would look approximately like the below:
Week 1:
- Mon/Tue: 7am to 8pm
- Wed/Thurs: off
- Fri: 7am to 6pm
- Sat: 8am to 8pm
- Sun: 7am to 8pm
Week 2:
- Mon/Tue: 7am to 8pm
- Wed-Sun: Off
Responsibilities:
- Manage family schedules, activities, appointments, and social events
- Booking reservations
- Finding tutors, sports coach, etc.
- Transport to/from school and activities
- Watch children when sick or on weekends (flexibility is key)
- Assist with homework
- Children’s laundry
- Occasionally travel with family
- Swimming with children or being available to watch children in pool as needed
- Food prep
- Light tidying
- Take out trash (when housekeeper is not there)
- Grocery shopping and errands (shopping, gift procurement, dry cleaning, etc.)
- Travel arrangements
Qualifications:
- Long-term experience in a similar role with an UHNW family
- Energetic, engaging and fun seeking approach to childcare
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record
- CPR certified (will pay to have this certification)

Salary: $45-$50hr + OT, health stipend, 401K, 2 weeks accrued paid vacation, 5 sick days, & 5 holidays
