We’re a third party recruiting agency that focuses on careers, not jobs; and fills permanent, direct-hire roles that help to boost Idaho’s economy. We’re not the company the blasts hundreds of people on LinkedIn with erroneous, barely-relevant messages, hoping something will stick. What We Need
We need someone that first and foremost, likes what she/he read above. :) As a Recruiting Strategist with RNG, you’ll work closely with our small (but mighty) team to serve our current (and future) client needs. You’ll partner with our current team to help fill urgent open positions and have the freedom to build your own pipeline of opportunities (and be incentivized to do so).
This role will be highly autonomous and as a “ground-level employee”, you’ll also have the opportunity to create and evolve your role as you grow, and as the company grows. This is a pivotal moment for our team and we need someone passionate, self-motivated, and hungry. This is not the cush, sit-on-facebook, wait-for-someone-to-tell-you-what-to-do kind of job. This is a take-it-and-run-with-it, do-awesome-$h$t, kind of career.
Our Recruiting Strategist will work closely with our current team of Recruiters and the Candidate Liaison to facilitate effective and efficient recruiting processes for our clients.
Our approach is NOT like any other firm. We believe in building relationships as a means to recruiting and our process is specifically catered to each one of our customers’ needs. Further, we individualize everything from messages to meetings with our candidates and are proud of the robust and talented network of talent we’ve built. This will be a “full-desk” recruiting role where you’ll have the opportunity to build upon our current success, helping to fill open positions with current clients, and also build your own book of business through new client acquisition.
Ours is a very team-oriented, dynamic environment. Your day-to-day may include everything from email communication, to setting up meetings, hosting meetings, attending networking events, reaching out to potential clients, messaging potential new candidates via LinkedIn, and doing research on job openings in Boise. If any of that isn’t up your alley, no worries! But, this isn’t the job for you.
