This client a Boise, ID based, real estate investment, development, and property management platform with a $1 Billion portfolio of multi-family assets across the Western United States. They build and operate leading-edge apartment communities that inspire residents through design, innovation, and sustainability. Backed by long-term investors, their focus is on expanding their multi-family portfolio through value-add acquisitions and ground-up development in markets demonstrating strong employment fundamentals, relative affordability, and high quality of life.


The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing all day-to-day activities, including project team performance, site conditions, safety, quality, compliance with scope, and effective management of trade partners. The Superintendent will run projects within the company’s new modular multifamily division.


Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee, manage, and document all day-to-day job site activities including OSHA safety compliance and QA/QC

• Manage, implement, and update the project schedule

• Create three-week look ahead of schedules to the field staff

• Manage safety program and insure subcontractor participation

• Review the project daily and ensure that all activities are being performed in accordance with all OSHA and governing requirements and the project site specific safety plan

• Insure that as-built working drawings are maintained as well as the current drawing log and revision log, communicating this to the subcontractors

• Create daily reports and update project management team with onsite activities

• Work with 3rd party QA/QC consultants to ensure projects quality standards are being achieved

• Be the liaison between the modular factory and the field



• 4-6 years of relative experience in multifamily construction

• Modular construction experience is highly desired

• The ability to manage and embrace change. Respond and adapt to new processes and new ways of looking at old problems

• Ability to constantly multi-task and handle competing priorities

• Must possess effective communication skills

Location: Boise, ID
Salary: TBD, depending upon applicant experience and qualifications
