Together with Route Networking Group, our client is looking for a motivated professional to join the team as an Account Associate.

The Position

The Account Associate is an integral part of the Operations team. The mission of an Account Associate is to work with private equity clients to ensure project success. The Account Associate represents the company to their clients on projects, works to understand their needs, thinks strategically to ensure success, speaks with industry leaders and experts to ensure fit, and facilitates an introduction. In addition, the Account Associate will work closely with various members of the team to support ongoing company initiatives that accelerate the growth of the company. The Account Associate reports to the Director and regularly communicates and works closely with the Research team and other account team members.

The ideal candidate


  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's preferred


  • 3-5+ years’ experience in a professional client facing role
  • Success starting and managing different projects at the same time
  • Working successfully independently and with a broader team
  • Experience in M&A (Private Equity) a plus

  • Ability to travel domestically on a quarterly basis
