JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is a mature, fast-paced, comprehensive financial planning and wealth management firm affiliated with Northwestern Mutual and are one of the largest wealth management practices in the Treasure Valley. The relationships and partnerships they establish with their clients enables them to inform their financial security planning in meaningful and thoughtful ways.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Provide dedicated operational support to two financial advisors, including preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings. 
  • Focus on ongoing client engagement including regular client contact, follow through and follow up on team commitments to clients, client communications, and assisting with new client on-boarding processes. 
  • Concentrate on ongoing client service including both investment service and risk management service. 
  • Organize and manage client information and paperwork. 
  • Play an essential role in the workflow of the office.

Qualifications: 

  • BA/BS Degree from 4-year college (preferred) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong math and problem-solving skills 
  • Client orientation 
  • Stellar listening skills 
  • Proficient with Windows, MS Excel and MS Word 

You will have the opportunity to become fully licensed in the Securities and Insurance markets while working with a top-ranking investment representative. Training includes immersion in all areas of the practice. 

The practice will cover expenses associated with the ID Life and Health insurance licensing, FINRA Series 7 and 63 registrations, all of which you will be required to complete within a reasonable agreed upon timeframe
