Route Networking Group, together with our customer (a globally operating FinTech company, planting some new roots with a Boise, Idaho office) is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join their team. They value employees who are sharp minded, self motivated, extremely analytical, and capable of identifying new opportunities.

Job Summary:

As an Account Executive, you will help financial institutions become digital leaders, enabling them to place digital channels at the core of their business model. Our customer's award-winning Customer Experience Platform and their Digital Banking solution delivers a customer-centric digital banking platform with seamless customer experiences across multiple devices, streamlining omni-channel customer journeys.

You will be expected to:

Focus on inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting.

Work closely with your sales counterpart on building the pipeline.

Give quality presentations and demos to prospective customers.

Be the first point of contact and main qualifier for new opportunities.

Achieve a monthly quota of accepted opportunities.

Essential qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, or similar.

3-6 years’ inside sales or sales engineering experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to understand customer requirements and identify buying opportunities.

Technology savvy.

Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
