FP&A Manager

Applies principles of accounting (GAAP) to analyze financial information and prepare consolidated financial reports for all regions. Manages consolidation tool to accurately compile and support management level reporting of current and future financial performance, including detailed variance analyses. Oversees development of annual budget and periodic forecasts at the regional level. Coordinates efforts between regions without directly managing employees. Leads overall financial consolidation efforts with strong attention to strategy, implementation, and delegation.


  • Analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports to summarize and interpret current and projected company financial position.
  • Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
  • Is primary point of contact for FCCS consolidation tool users within the business unit and key liaison with parent company corporate accounting and FP&A teams, including responsibility for review of our client’s consolidation for completeness in FCCS.
  • Makes recommendations regarding the accounting/financial treatment of reserves, assets, and expenditures.
  • Manages overall consolidation of business unit GAAP accounting for quarterly and annual financial statements.
  • Responsible for consolidation of monthly management reporting packages.
  • Coordinates budget and forecasting processes for all regions/locations within the business unit, including creation of supporting models and templates for use by local budget owners.
  • Directly manages inputs to budget and forecast process for the Americas region.
  • Works closely with Americas region financial controller to ensure integrity of overall financial performance.
  • Supports ad hoc information requests and analyses for parent company.



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5-8 years related experience
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills to support sound business decisions
  • Advanced computer proficiency skills, specifically with MS Excel and other MS Office applications


  • Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred
  • Previous experience working for a global organization, including consolidation of local/regional results from various international sites
  • Familiarity with foreign currency implications
  • Manufacturing industry experience
  • Experience working within Oracle FCCS consolidation tool
