The Opportunity:
Our client is looking for a remote Project Manager who's responsible for managing construction projects ranging in scope and scale. They are team builders who have excellent communication and can set appropriate expectations and follow through. They have experience in implementing lean principles, have a strong industry background and are comfortable shifting between strategic and tactical. They own all aspects of the project from collaborative planning through final completion.
Primary Responsibilities:
Consistently deliver value to the client
Create curious and collaborative teams that allow for early decision-making and efficient and effective workflow.
Plan, manage, and monitor projects from concept through implementation including budget, scope schedule and quality.
Plan and manage procurement, design management and approval, contractors, and contract administration.
Constantly seek opportunities to improve self and practice. Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proficient in construction planning processes and software including MS Project and/or Primavera P6
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate succinctly and effectively.
Ability to lead and diverse project team.
Detail oriented with strong interpersonal, problem solving and team building skills.
