Royal Camp Services is a privately held company which provides industry leading remote location accommodations for workforce housing. We offer long-term and seasonal employment in the culinary, hospitality, remote site services, and remote site operations industries.

Culinary Positions

Our highly skilled culinary team consists of employees with years of industry experience, formal culinary education, international training, and / or Red Seal Certification. Our team prepares hearty, tasty meals drawing from a variety of menus with access to our extensive inventory of fresh produce, fine quality meats and supplies. The large variety of meal offerings ensures clients with dietary restrictions, such as gluten sensitivity, are still able to have satisfying choices every day. We offer hands on training opportunities for our staff and partner with local post-secondary institutions to provide culinary practicums to the next generation of industry professionals.

Hospitality Positions

        Royal Camp Services’ hospitality team specializes in providing clean, friendly, and comfortable lodges for our clients. We achieve this by exceeding our client’s service expectations on a daily basis. Our hospitality staff work the front-lines ensuring client rooms and common areas are clean, inviting, and ready for use. Our front desk and management team consistently interacts with our clients ensuring their every need or concern is addressed.

Remote Site Service Positions

         As the leading managed turn-key remote camp operations provider our service team is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing remote lodge locations. Our professional on-site maintenance team ensures that our lodges are kept in top operating condition by completing daily inspections and site repairs. Our experienced setup crews complete earthworks for new lodges, install trailers at site, and upgrade units stationed in our fab yards.

Remote Site Operations Positions

Based out of our Edmonton, Grande Prairie, and Calgary offices the operations team supports our remote locations by performing essential back-end services such as human resources, payroll, talent sourcing, health & safety, warehousing, and marketing.
