ABOUT THIS ROLE

The Lead Worship Pastor will provide organizational leadership over all worship experiences, across all BRAVE campuses, and foster an environment where congregants are encouraged to worship God in Spirit and Truth. This role is responsible for developing and guarding the spiritual culture and character of the worship ministry, its full and part-time staff, as well as volunteers. The ideal candidate will subscribe to a Word and Spirit philosophy, balancing the inerrancy of the Word of God and the submission to the prompting of the Holy Spirit.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Worship Pastor over all BRAVE campuses.

• Instill, foster, and reflect BRAVE culture, inspire, lead, manage, and hold accountable all BRAVE Worship Staff.

• Ability to identify and recruit top talent, constantly growing our teams.

• Oversee the integration, training, and equipping of new team members.

• Oversee the coordination of First Tuesdays, Saturday prayers, and other special events.

• Assist campus Worship Pastor with scheduling as needed for all BRAVE campuses to ensure worship experience is consistent and elevated at all locations.

• Oversee the recording and administration of BRAVE Worship Recordings.

• Partner with Audio Engineers on the mix and sound quality of in-room and broadcast worship components of BRAVE services.

• Fulfill the requirements and faithfully perform the duties of “Pastor” at BRAVE Church.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• Minimum of 5 years leading worship in a multisite church.

• Proven track record of effective communication and creativity.

• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills.

• Experienced problem-solver and flexible with project planning.

• Ability to learn and use Planning Center, RockRMS, and other software applications.

• Projects a professional image, able to handle a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to handle confidential information.

• Proven leadership and administrative skills.

• Familiar with Microsoft and Adobe Suites.

• Strong work ethic, commitment to excellence.
