Our client will also consider hiring you as an employee of the company as their Senior Account Executive, Medical Device. Reporting to the General Manager, our customer award-winning, leading client is a privately owned industry leader in the design, engineering and production of various medical sterilization cases, trays and implant caddies for the medical industry. Our client is ISO / AS9100 certified. They provide original products to the A&D, Electronics and Fabrication segments. Our 40+ year old client is a profitable and financially strong, mid-sized national corporation looking for significant growth in this vertical market sector.
Can YOU make this happen?
•Drive profitable sales growth
•Further expand market penetration into this segment of the medical device area
•Monitor competitor products and strategies to stay competitive
•Collaborate with Owner / Executive team to develop stratgic business plan
•Be accountable for all account activity in meeting customer‘s demanding design, functionality, quality and need for pricing
•Partner with customer stakeholders to develop prototype products to show capabilities and reliable results
EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES
•10 years + of experience in marketing, sales in the medical device segment.
•$2M sales level minimum
•Must have strong customer facing skills in the medical device industry
•Frequent business travel required
•Bachelor’s degree required; Business preferred
•MW city location with access to national airport
•MFG REP – competitive sales commissions OR Senior Account Executive - competitive compensation including base, bonus and benefits package
