The retained executive search firm of Saenger Associates has been engaged to fill a key new position as Program Manager- Residential for our fast-growing client, a family - owned leader in providing top quality HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services – both B2B and B2C.
Reporting to the General Manager and President, this candidate will have responsibility for the residential division of the company. You will be a key operating member of the leadership team.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Direct field techs, installers, remote sales team and in-store lead generators
• Grow the business via B2C customer leads
• Strengthen the organization through team building, training and process development
• Track business results with a scoreboard of metrics and financial reporting
YOUR BACKGROUND
• 12+ years’ managing sales function in B2B and B2C professional trade sector
• Experience in a route-based service business, HVAC, plumbing or electrical is ideal
• Proven entrepreneurial manager / executive with a track record of success and growth.
• Excellent people leadership and management development skills; ability to manage technical teams
• Proven track record successfully growing businesses on the top and bottom line
• Prefer bachelor’s degree in business / related
• Must be local to the Greater LA area
