The executive search firm Saenger Associates has been retained to conduct a search for a dynamic and innovative sales and business development leader as Client Solutions Head - Key Accounts focused on the North America market. Our client is a multi-billion-dollar global integrated facility services company, providing a curated experience to customers and occupants. Reporting to the Head of Key Accounts, you will work within a highly collaborative environment focused on delivering world class service to customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In collaboration with the Commercial team and other stakeholders, define, develop and deliver the North America region (NAM) commercial strategy and develop the capabilities of the NAM team
  • Identify and execute strategic commercial initiatives and define key target customers to drive the top line and position the company as the preferred integrated facility solutions provider
  • Approach sales as an advisor and service provider to customers, developing new business and retaining and increasing existing business
  • Build and lead an exceptional commercial sales team, alongside engaging in key customer and sales activities
  • Collaborate on lead generation and bid project management

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE FOR SUCCESS

  • Minimum 10 to 15 years in sales / business development in facility management/operations, commercial real estate, property management
  • Strong knowledge of and experience in integrated facility services, as well as strong industry knowledge and a network of customers
  • Successful experience driving and ensuring substantial top line growth and improved profitability
  • Demonstrated success winning monumental deals from pedigree companies
  • Proven track record in successfully converting business solution bids to wins through innovative thinking based on a solid analysis of customer needs
  • Must be self-confident, have an analytical mindset, and a high level of persistency, along with high work capacity, contact/communication skills and empathy
  • Bachelor’s degree
