We are actively seeking a Business Development Executive to drive the expansion of our client’s outsourced call center services nationwide. This nonprofit organization is dedicated to empowering visually impaired individuals, veterans, and those with disabilities.

The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in consultative call center sales, demonstrate exceptional pipeline management skills, and fully align with the nonprofit's mission. Your role will be pivotal in driving growth and significantly increasing outreach.

Key Performance Objectives:

  • Achieve annual revenue targets of $3.5 million in Year 1 and $4.5 million in Year 2.
  • Build a sales pipeline of at least $5 million in qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct at least 30 sales presentations or proposals to qualified prospects each year.
  • Log all sales activities in the CRM system weekly.
  • Work with operations teams for seamless client service delivery.
  • Promote the organization’s mission while selling BPO services to socially conscious partners.
  • Show resilience and confidence in managing long sales cycles and overcoming objections.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in sales or business development within call center services or BPO sales, ideally in a consultative environment.
  2. Proven track record of generating new business, meeting sales quotas, and building strong client relationships.
  3. Understanding of call center operations and the ability to tailor services to client needs.
  4. Experience selling related services, like software solutions or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), is a plus.
  5. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  6. Proficient in CRM tools with a disciplined approach to sales tracking and reporting.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
  8. Passion for making a social impact in a mission-driven organization.
