We are looking for an enthusiastic Outside Sales Representative to join our client's team in the Dallas metro area. You will develop new business in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES (Success in the Position):
- Generate new business by offering advanced telecommunications and VoIP technology to SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
- Conduct 25-30 in-person prospecting visits weekly in a defined local territory.
- Achieve an 80% conversion rate from meetings to sales.
- Spend most days in the field, with time in the local office only for training or essential meetings.
Other Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert potential customers into new sales opportunities.
- Build and nurture client relationships for high satisfaction and retention.
- Provide customized solutions aligned with customer goals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective strategies and engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Understand product offerings to give accurate recommendations and support.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports to track performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, preferably within the Dallas-Fort Worth area
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels.
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building, with a demonstrated ability to manage accounts and deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Highly driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently to achieve sales objectives.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel within the designated sales territory as required.
