Key Performance Objectives:
- Create a strategy to generate $500,000 in new revenue by 2025, focusing on the signage, branding, and facilities management sectors.
- Cultivate strong relationships and a deep understanding of our target audience and ideal customer profile.
- Enhance knowledge of the signage, branding, and facilities management industries by attending industry association events, trade shows, and relevant affinity groups.
Requirements:
- Develop new client opportunities through outreach methods like emailing, phone calls, LinkedIn messaging (90%), and attending trade shows (10%).
- Maintain strong client relationships through open communication.
- Manage multiple sales projects while tracking details, timelines, and next steps.
- Effectively utilize the Salesforce/CRM system.
- Recommend products based on customer needs.
- Create and present tailored solutions using internal and external resources.
- Adapt to changing client expectations.
- Communicate regularly with internal Project Managers for updates and problem-solving.
- Contribute to a proactive action plan to enhance brand image and meet client needs.
