We seek a Medical Device Outside Sales Representative based in Birmingham, Alabama, to oversee our client's sales territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling medical devices for our client, a leading Surgical Magnification/Illumination company. Their products are used globally for microsurgical operations and dental procedures.
Territory: The sales territory covers all of Alabama, Mississippi, and the Panhandle of Florida.
This opportunity is open to recent college graduates or candidates with 1-3 years of successful sales or related professional experience. We are willing to consider entry-level candidates with the right background.
Travel: This remote position requires coverage of the entire territory. The candidate must be willing to travel and attend work conferences and trade shows 6 to 7 times a year.
The Sales Representative will sell surgical and dental visual enhancement products to surgeons, hospitals, dentists, dental hygienists, surgical residency programs, dental schools, dental hygienist schools, and ophthalmologists.
Responsibilities and Duties: 85% of the activity will involve following up on leads provided by the company. The candidate will also meet with medical professionals and attend professional conferences annually.
Qualifications and Skills: The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree, be organized and self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for traveling.
