We are recruiting an outside sales representative for a medical device territory in Queens, New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island. You will sell products from a leading company specializing in surgical magnification and illumination, which are used globally in microsurgery and dentistry.
This opportunity is open to recent college graduates and candidates with 1 to 3 years of sales experience. Entry-level applicants with the right background are also welcome to apply.
Territory: Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island. The candidate is to live in Queens.
Travel: This remote position requires coverage of the entire territory. The candidate must be willing to travel and attend work conferences, and trade shows four to five times a year.
The Sales Representative will sell surgical and dental visual enhancement products to surgeons, hospitals, dentists, dental hygienists, surgical residency programs, dental schools, dental hygienist schools, and ophthalmologists.
Responsibilities and Duties: 85% of the activity will involve following up on leads provided by the company. The candidate will also meet with medical professionals and attend professional conferences annually.
Qualifications and Skills: The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree, be organized and self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for traveling.
