Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience managing large, complex healthcare and life sciences projects.  Ground-up construction experience is strongly preferred.
• The right candidate will be prepared to help lead a vertical of work and is expected to help contribute to strategic growth strategies and to advise on client development.
• Proven experience managing all aspects of construction projects including schedules, budgets, financials, resource allocation, and supply chain issues.
• Ability to effectively communicate and manage client expectations along with other project stakeholders.
• B.S. in Construction Management or related program.
