Join a Top 20 general contractor that is rapidly becoming one of the largest data center construction companies in the U.S. We are seeking an experienced Mission Critical Superintendent with 7-10 years of experience in high-value data center construction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities for mission-critical data center projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to achieve project goals and specifications.
  • Manage subcontractors and labor teams, fostering a productive and safe work environment.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, proactively addressing challenges and delays.
  • Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety on-site.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction quality.
  • Facilitate clear communication among all stakeholders, providing timely project updates.
  • Mentor and support junior staff, promoting a collaborative and team-oriented culture.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and compliance records.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of experience in construction management, specifically in high-value data center projects valued at $100 Million+.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
