Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience managing all aspects of ground-up construction projects valued at $50 Million or more.
• Knowledge of the pre-construction process and project buy-out.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team - partner with Superintendent to manage and monitor job progress, subcontractor performance, and project costs.
• Mentor and lead Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
• Lead and contribute to contract negotiations.
• Prepare monthly billings and financial reporting (including but not limited to cash flow analysis and financial forecasting reports).
• Conduct all Owner/Architect/Client weekly meetings.
  
• Create and review project schedules and provide support to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• A team-player with a strong desire to want to grow and contribute at a higher level.
• Bachelor's Degree from a 4-Year University, preferably in Construction Management and/or Engineering.
