Our client is one of the largest, employee-owned General Contractors located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex and they seek an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead all aspects of project execution for their team. This company is behind some of the most well-known projects in the region and has built large hospital, data center campuses, higher education buildings, federal buildings, and large mixed-use projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The right candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and most importantly, a people-focused leadership mentality to the role. 

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience serving as the primary Lead PM on at least 2-3, high-value projects valued at $100 Million or more.
• Knowledge of the entire preconstruction process. This individual will partner with the preconstruction team to review scope, help to buy out trades, select subcontractors, and help manage bid management process.
• Will be responsible for developing and overseeing project budget in addition to tracking costs, change orders, and all aspects of financial management and reporting.
• Leads a team of direct reports and indirect reports at the project-level including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and various subcontractors.
• Creates schedule with input from field operations and scheduler utilizing pull planning and lean techniques.
• Leads all aspects of planning and implementation at the project level including financial management, scheduling, budgets, safety, quality control, client communications, and overall execution.
• B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering is strongly preferred.
