Leading General Contractor seeks a motivated, Lead Superintendent to help oversee construction for a large federal project located in the Washington DC area and to join their award-winning team. This company is a multi-billion national construction company that is known as a leader within the commercial construction industry.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience managing large, complex projects valued at $100 Million or more.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and train field operations professionals including Foremen, Field Engineers, and Assistant Superintendents.
• Experience managing subcontractors, schedules, materials ordering, and other construction-related tasks.
• 4-Year Degree from an accredited University, preferably construction management, civil engineering or similar.
• Knowledge of federal/USACE constructions standards is a plus.
