Washington DC-based construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology projects in and around the District of Columbia.  This multi-billion dollar company is a national leader in mission-critical, advanced technology, and data center work and is the recipient of numerous awards for their cutting-edge work. The right candidate will have the ability to work with one of the strongest teams in the industry and provide leadership to a large team on nearly $1 Billion worth of mission-critical work. 

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6-15 Years of construction management experience managing high-value, technically complex construction projects, preferably data center or similar.
• Proven track record of strong client relationships and ability to interact with project stakeholders including leaders at some of the nation's largest technology companies.
• Ability to travel throughout the DC area to lead projects.
• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering or similar program from an accredited University.
• Desire to help continue building the mission-critical and data center vertical .
• Excellent communication skills.
• A consummate team-player with an ability to train, mentor, lead, and develop project team members.
