We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our client's growing team. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of ground-up commercial construction experience, with a strong background in K-12 education, municipal, or higher education projects. This is a key leadership role responsible for field operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
Lead on-site construction activities from pre-construction through closeout
Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules and coordinate daily site activities
Oversee and manage subcontractors, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and safety standards
Enforce jobsite safety policies and procedures, fostering a zero-incident culture
Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to review construction documents, RFI responses, and submittals
Participate in scope review and buyout processes, assisting with identifying gaps or overlaps in subcontractor scopes
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications
Communicate proactively with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
Lead progress meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
Manage jobsite documentation including daily reports, safety logs, and coordination plans
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
5–10 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
Experience in K-12 schools, higher education, or public sector facilities strongly preferred
In-depth understanding of construction scheduling, safety protocols, building codes, and project sequencing
Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents, drawings, and specifications
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate with clients and design professionals
Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and uphold the company’s core values of honesty, integrity, and teamwork
Must be willing and able to travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area
