Immigration law firm is seeking multiple experienced Associate Attorneys for a 6+ month contract supporting a large corporate client. This is a hybrid opportunity with interviews starting immediately; onboarding will begin before or around September.

What You'll Do

You’ll join a team supporting employment-based immigration matters for a high-volume corporate account. Two areas of need:

NIV Focus (Nonimmigrant Visas)

• Prepare and file H-1B, TN, E-3, L-1, O-1, and dependent petitions
• Manage a docket of 200–300 cases, including RFEs and H-1B cap filings
• Oversee paralegal work, public access file compliance, and data integrity
• Serve as an NIV subject matter expert and client liaison

IV Focus (Immigrant Visas)

• Handle PERM, I-140s (including EB1), I-485, I-765, and related filings
• Draft audit responses, RFEs, and support clients in PERM-based strategies
• Lead case assessments, legal research, and paralegal supervision
• Guide clients through immigrant visa eligibility and compliance matters

Qualifications

• J.D. and bar admission in good standing
• 2–4 years of business immigration experience (either IV or NIV)
• Proficient in case management systems (e.g., INSZoom, Litify, VisaTrax)
• Strong writing, organizational, and client communication skills
• Able to manage complex case strategies in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
