JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACT
Industrial Relations Leader will counsel and help our employees with all issues guided by company’s employee relations policy and labor-law legislation. We seek a professional with the interpersonal skills to investigate employee/management inquiries and employee suggestions and complaints. In this role, you will establish and cultivate labor management relations, representing our organization in contract negotiations with labor unions.
