SmileCreator of Naple is located in beautiful Naples, Florida. We are actively looking for a friendly, self-motivated Patient Coordinator to join our team. Qualified candidates must possess a positive attitude, professional demeanor and outgoing personality, who is able to successfully fulfill the below responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Patient Intake/Check Out. 
  • Confirming appointments. 

  • Phone and email communications.  
  • Works closely with the Practice Manager.

  • Insurance Verification 

  • Insurance Claims Processing/Follow up 

  • Treatment Plan Presentation 

  • Account Receivables 
  • Appointment Scheduling 

  • Open Dental software 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years customer service experience, dental industry experience a plus.
  • Must have a "thick" skin and be able to handle a high volume of angry/upset callers.
  • Must possess an above average phone demeanor.
  • Must be a great listener.
  • Must be reliable and dependable.
  • Must have a passion for helping others.
