Technical Business Analyst with Impact and BPS Experience

NYC hybrid Perm position – No H1B’s

Salary Range: $110k to $130k

Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years overall experience in Financial Services
• Strong knowledge of front-to-back securities transaction processing, particularly in equities
• Experience with Broadridge/Impact and BPS suite
• Ability to work cooperatively with challenging stakeholders and IT colleagues in a matrix environment, ability to research business / system processes, ability to extract information in an organized way from subject matter experts, ability to generate accurate / detailed business / system process architecture diagrams and documents, ability to articulate solid recommendations, vet options, and influence solutions in a productive manner
• Strong Project Management skills and the ability to take projects from start to finish.
• Solid understanding of business process analysis, requirements engineering disciplines, SDLC phases/methodologies, testing practices/tools, toll gate entry/exit criteria, and change control
• Written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role
• Must know SQL
