Contract Program Manager

MUST be local to New York City. Hybrid Schedule at least 2 days onsite

Responsibilities:

• Drive data management projects and programs (data acquisition, data reference, controls, quality, and remediation) in a hybrid execution environment
• This is not a digital Program Manager. Please do not send your resume if your experience is with Digital Transformation because it is not the same as Data Transformation. Candidate MUST have experience with Data Transformation projects – if they haven’t spent a few years in the data space, the manager will not speak with them. This role will be executing a project with the Enterprise Data Management Office. Experience running a Reference Data Management program is highly preferred.
• Execute weekly status reporting, understand and maintain program’s RAID log, run daily and/or weekly working groups to support successful program deliver
• Indirect oversight of program and project level resources including those provided by 3rd party providers
• Provide appropriate information share and updates with senior management and other key stakeholders as well as ownership of key working group meetings

Experience / Skills Required:

• MUST have experience managing data-oriented project and programs
• Strong experience in project management methodologies, strong skills in delivery management, stakeholder management, regulatory change management, risk management, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), must be able to lead meetings, summarize, and articulate key points to provide clear direction and support to stakeholders and team members
