Lead ACI Network Operations Engineer (Infrastructure)

MUST be local to New York City, Hybrid Schedule at least 3 days onsite
Reports to: Director of Network Operations

Salary Range: up to $170k base

No Sponsorship

Supports and maintains network infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, WLAN, Cisco ACI, Firewalls, Load Balancing, Proxies, Bluecat DNS, and monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure.
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with third-party providers and escalate issues as needed.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and maintain documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in mission-critical network support.
• Vendor certifications/training preferred.
• Experience with Windows/Linux, scripting, troubleshooting, and time management.

Technologies:

• OS: Linux & Windows
• Hardware: Cisco ACI, routers, switches, Fortinet firewalls, F5 LTM/GTM, Extrahop, Bluecat DNS
• Applications: Cisco ISE, BlueCAT DDI, SSL/PKI
