Baker Manock & Jensen, PC, a full -service AV-rated law firm in Fresno, CA, is seeking an experienced, full-time Corporate Paralegal to support the firm's various business-related matters. This position is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your multi-tasking skills in a hands-on role working collaboratively with the firm's clients and employees.

 

Essential Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Handle business transactions and corporate maintenance work.
• Prepare/conduct UCC Filings/Searches.
• Create entity formation and organizational documents, including articles of incorporation, minutes and stock certificates.
• Prepare deeds and legal descriptions.
• Research property title and assist with paperwork needed by regulatory bodies.

The desired candidate will possess these qualifications:

• Must possess paralegal certificate
• Minimum of three years Corporate Paralegal experience
• Must possess a working knowledge of real property legal descriptions and searches
• Strong research, writing and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Word/Excel proficiency
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline driven environment
• Well organized, self-motivated, and a team player

 

Position offers a competitive salary between $30 - $37 per hour dependent on experience with generous employee benefits including Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance, 401(k) Retirement Plan; Paid Sick Leave, and Paid Vacation.
