Director of Human Resources

Our established business partner in the Fresno Area is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to join its dynamic team. This fast-paced position is responsible for leading all human resources functions including employment, talent management, compensation, employee relations, training and development, risk management, workers’ compensation, leaves of absence, payroll, benefits administration, employee events, and engagement activities. If you are an enthusiastic and career-minded Human Resources Professional with a strong background in business and personnel management, you are encouraged to apply.

 

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications OR any combination of knowledge, skills, and experience demonstrating the ability to successfully perform the job:

  • Five years of progressive human resources experience, including supervising staff.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or another closely related field preferred.
  • Track record of success in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of state and federal employment laws and incorporating into policies, procedures and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and timekeeping and payroll software.
  • Effective organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exhibit extraordinary discretion, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with our senior management and ownership.


Position offers a competitive salary between $95k–$115k with generous employee benefits.
