Riverside Management & Financials Services, Inc. is hiring a Lifestyle Coordinator to help deliver exceptional experiences for our members. This is a highly visible role that works closely with the Resort Director and supports broader business operations. The Lifestyle Coordinator will be responsible for planning community events, creating marketing content, and engaging with members in a professional and welcoming manner. We are looking for someone with the energy and charisma of a cruise director, balanced with professionalism, discretion, and focus. This person must be reliable, polished, and capable of representing both the brand and leadership with consistency.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Plan, promote, and execute community programs, events, and classes that align with the active adult lifestyle.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for members, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring polished and friendly interactions.
  • Support the Resort Director with business-related tasks and help maintain focus on department goals.
  • Design flyers, social media graphics, signage, and reports using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
  • Manage community communications across digital channels, including the website, email, and social media.
  • Oversee event logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and registrations.
  • Be present at all events, including setup and breakdown.
  • Process invoices accurately and collaborate with departments including Food & Beverage, Spa, Wellness, and Maintenance to ensure smooth execution.
  • Assist with guided tours for new buyers and support Sales and Marketing teams in showcasing the community lifestyle.

Ideal Candidate Qualities and Requirements

  • At least five years of experience in event planning, marketing, hospitality, or lifestyle coordination
  • Strong portfolio of creative work such as flyers, social media posts, or event planning examples
  • Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools; knowledge of Jonas, POS, and Vantaca is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to adjust tone as necessary.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in HOA, resort-style, or active adult communities is highly desirable
  • Comfortability engaging with members while maintaining clear professional boundaries.
  • Creative and detail-oriented – Brings ideas to life while managing deadlines, logistics, and budgets.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and is hands-on at events.

This position offers a competitive salary between $27 - $31 per hour based on experience with an excellent benefit package, including health, vision, dental and 401(k) with employer matching.
