The Role Reporting to the Global Head of External Marketing & PR, the Marketing Manager, Americas will implement actionable marketing and public relations strategies and supporting tactics. The individual in this role will forge close and trusted business partner relationships with Consultants in the region. High intellect and strong communication skills combined with a self-starting, resilient, detail oriented and high energy personality are key ingredients for this role. Specific Responsibilities: ? Writing – Develop clear and concise copy for marketing collateral materials, website, social media channels and other external communication vehicles – Work with knowledge management team to deliver against the company's Thought Leadership strategy aimed at building the company’s market leadership position ? Social Media – Enhance and implement a social media strategy in support of overall brand goals and marketing strategy – Create a calendar of topics that would fit with key social media platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook – Post interesting content in different formats: blogs, videos, presentations and links etc. ? Event Development – Help business partners develop commercially focused, trends-driven marketing events to promote the company brand and aid business development efforts – Identify regional and local events where consultants may have speaking opportunities ? Marketing Coordination – Coordinate with internal and external partners to manage key marketing initiatives such as ongoing PR, SEO, paid search, website analytics and sponsorships, etc. ? Thought Leadership Dissemination – Work with Consultants, EAs and internal marketing team to disseminate thought leadership pieces ? Brand Management – Be a brand ambassador to activate the brand in Americas – Implement brand standards across all external touch points ? Budget Management – Work with the Marketing and Finance teams to manage the marketing budget for the Global Marketing Organization Required Knowledge and Skills: ? Marketing Knowledge and Experience: Proven expertise in executing integrated marketing and communications programs, including online/social media, PR and content marketing programs ? Excellent Writing Skills: Ability to develop different forms of strong and strategic copy ? Influencing and Negotiating Skills: Ability to develop strong working relationships with business partners and colleagues to drive the marketing strategy forward ? Project management: Ability to manage the entire lifecycle of multiple projects with competing demands for limited resources, on time and within budget ? Attention to Detail: Has high quality standards and ensures all work is error free. Particularly careful when examining documents and proofing communications ? Process-Oriented: Diligently follows established rules and guidelines and holds others to them. Looks for ways to increase overall efficiency ? Self-motivated and Resourceful: Takes initiative to identify options when confronted with challenges. Is creative in identifying solutions ? Team & Service Oriented: Is enthusiastic, constructive, mature, eager to assist, and collaborative ? Results-driven: Ensures that marketing strategies drive the required business results, persistently seeking to improve business performance, with energy and tenacity to address bottlenecks and barriers Education and Work Experience: ? Undergraduate Degree, ideally in Marketing/Communications ? 7+ years of work experience in marketing/communications, preferably with an agency/consulting / professional services organization
