Job Description

Our rapidly expanding firm is looking for an Investor Relations/Marketing Associate to join the client service team. The team member will primarily be responsible for coordinating and collaborating with Sales and Investor Relations to provide an exceptional level of service and support to current and potential clients. The team member would be able to assist in the overall investor relations/fundraising process, including maintaining calendars, managing deliverables/investor requests, planning client meetings, supporting the distribution team, and communicating effectively with the Operations team.


The ideal candidate is an individual who is resourceful, proactive, and able to effectively handle multiple priorities. This individual will play an active role in all aspects of our firm’s business to support the Firm's continued growth. The right candidate will have a Bachelor's degree from a top university with an exceptional academic record.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Field and answer investor and potential investor requests
  • Ensure the timely delivery of investor requests, potential investor requests, and marketing materials
  • Work with the Operations and Legal teams to onboard new clients
  • Add and maintain information within the investor database
  • Assist in organizing and planning both internal and external client meetings
  • Play a key role in the planning and execution of the Annual Meeting
  • Maintain and track fundraising data
  • Take ownership of data room materials and access
  • Assist the broader firm where needed with ad-hoc projects and requests
